Exercise comes in many forms. The key is a good balance to provide a well-rounded fitness.


Missing or avoiding aspects of exercise can put you at a higher risk of injury, cause injury and prolong recovery and progression following injury.


With a degree in exercise science, we look at you as a whole when using exercise as a treatment. We are able to adapt current exercises to reduce the risk of injury, provide bespoke exercise programmes maximising recovery and develop programmes to maximise potential when suffering from long term pain or injury.
